Generate the policy first Free · no signup · hosted public URL

Step 1 — Generate and host the policy

Use this generator. You will get a public URL like your-app.freeprivacypolicy.app/privacy-policy that the stores will accept.

Step 2 — Paste the URL into App Store Connect

App Store Connect → My Apps → your app → App Information → Privacy Policy URL. Paste, save. The URL must be reachable when reviewers click; do not host it behind a login.

Step 3 — Paste the URL into Google Play Console

Play Console → your app → Policy → App content → Privacy policy. Paste the same URL. Then complete the Data Safety form so its declarations match the policy.

Step 4 — Link from inside the app

Place a "Privacy Policy" link in your Settings screen and in any signup flow. Both Apple and Google check that the link is reachable from inside the app, not just on the store listing.

Frequently asked questions

Can I host it on Notion or Google Docs?
Apple sometimes accepts this, Google sometimes does not. Use a stable URL on a real domain.
